Jennings O’Donovan & Partners, part of the RSK Group, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality & IMS Manager. This crucial role oversees the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards and operational excellence.
Role Overview
Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent (3 days per week).
Location: Headquarters in Sligo / Office in Dublin (Hybrid options available).
Reporting to: Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
IMS Management & ISO Compliance
System Maintenance: Develop and maintain the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
Accreditation Lead: Manage the ISO certification process, coordinate external audits, and liaise with certification bodies.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor IMS performance and recommend strategic corrective actions to senior leadership.
Document Control & Internal Audits
Lead Document Controller: Manage the lifecycle of all IMS documentation (policies, procedures, and templates) via SharePoint or similar systems.
Audit Program: Develop and execute an annual internal audit program to assess compliance across all departments and projects.
Corrective Actions: Track and verify the effectiveness of actions arising from internal and external audit findings.
Training & Collaboration
Awareness Programs: Deliver training to staff to promote understanding of ISO standards and a culture of quality and safety.
Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with project managers to embed IMS requirements into daily operations and project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing Integrated Management Systems, preferably within an engineering consultancy.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth experience with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Certification: Lead Auditor certification is highly desirable.
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint/Enterprise DMS.
